Most days you can find me training women in Los Angeles, scouting Whole Foods for their gluten-free Mac n cheese, or at a book store geeking out. I am an expert at optimizing time spent in the gym, a nerd when it comes to nutrition and love teaching women how to make fitness easy & efficient.

An author, fitness model, nationally ranked powerlifter, transformative nutrition coach and world-class CrossFit trainer, my happiest days are spent drinking espresso and empowering women.
